Plac\u00e9 sous l\u2019autorit\u00e9 du chef d\u2019\u00e9tablissement, le GPDS constitue le dispositif incontournable au sein de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement scolaire pour assurer le rep\u00e9rage et la prise en charge de tout jeune pr\u00e9sentant des risques de rupture scolaire et de d\u00e9scolarisation. Il associe l\u2019ensemble des acteurs de la communaut\u00e9 \u00e9ducative de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement pouvant apporter leur contribution dans la compr\u00e9hension des situations des \u00e9l\u00e8ves concern\u00e9s. Il est inscrit dans l\u2019action des r\u00e9seaux FOQUALE.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Son action consiste \u00e0 :<\/p>

  • Identifier, recenser et prendre en charge les \u00e9l\u00e8ves en risque ou en situation de rupture scolaire.<\/li>
  • Partager une expertise de la probl\u00e9matique sp\u00e9cifique de chaque jeune.<\/li>
  • Apporter rapidement des r\u00e9ponses personnalis\u00e9es.<\/li>
  • Faciliter le retour en formation des jeunes en lien avec les r\u00e9seaux FOQUALE.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

    Le chef d\u2019\u00e9tablissement est responsable de la mise en \u0153uvre et du pilotage du GPDS ; Il veille \u00e9galement au suivi de la mise en \u0153uvre des actions et pr\u00e9conisations d\u00e9cid\u00e9es.<\/p>
